Travel to Wild Flower Region Just a three hour drive north of Perth is Western Australia’s Mid West Region known to many as the “wildflower region”. From August to November, more than 11,000 species of flowers burst in to brilliantly coloured blooms carpeting forests and farmlands with an amazing array of fragrances and colours including blazing reds, blues, yellows and pinks.
